Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Merch Mixer at merchmixer.com (the “Site”), operated by RONVEX GLOBAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and availability

We aim to describe and show our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colours, or other content are error-free. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, withdraw items, or correct errors at any time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or decline any order affected by such an error, even after it has been submitted. Payment must be received before we dispatch your order.

4. How the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. Our acknowledgement of your order does not constitute acceptance; a legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, unavailability, or a pricing error, and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.

5. Your right to cancel, returns and refunds

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and rights in respect of faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These are explained in full in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy.

6. Our goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which cannot be excluded or limited.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to RONVEX GLOBAL LTD and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access, to scrape or harvest data, or to introduce malicious code. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, and to your statutory rights as a consumer, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, that were not caused by our breach, or that arise from business use of the Site. Our total liability for any product will not exceed the price you paid for it.

10. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes, carrier disruption, or failures of telecommunications networks.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@ronvexgloballtd.com and we will try to resolve it promptly. If we cannot resolve it, you may be able to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform or seek independent advice from Citizens Advice.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
